You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful farming, project-management, and investment-related activities.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend access where information is false, security is at risk, or these terms are materially breached.

Project descriptions, budgets, timelines, expected returns, and updates are estimates supplied through the platform. Participation is subject to approval and any project-specific agreement.

Nothing displayed on the platform guarantees agricultural output, project completion, profit, or a particular return. Farming and investment involve operational, environmental, and financial risk.

You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant Virtual Farming permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious material.

You must not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt the platform, impersonate others, scrape protected data, or use uploaded files to distribute malware.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change platform features. We aim to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Farming is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, third-party conduct, agricultural conditions, or decisions made from project estimates.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Obligations concerning lawful conduct, intellectual property, liability, and records that must be retained continue where applicable.
